What does it mean to water fast?

It's not what you think. The first 24 hours are the hardest - after that, something changes. Let's understand together what happens in the body, day by day.

Day 1

Adaptation

The body consumes glycogen from reserves. Headaches, irritability, hunger may appear. It's normal — it's the fuel switch.

Days 2-3

Transition to ketosis
