Delivery Policy

Digital products (PDF, guides)
Immediate delivery after payment confirmation. You will receive a download link valid for 30 days at your email address. If you have not received the email within 30 minutes of payment, check your Spam folder or contact us at postulcuapa@gmail.com.
Gift vouchers
The voucher is delivered by email in PDF format, within 1 hour of payment confirmation. The voucher contains a unique code that can be used when registering for any retreat in 2026.
Physical books
Delivery in 3–5 business days within Romania, by courier. Shipping cost: 15 lei. You will receive an email with the parcel tracking number on the day of dispatch. International delivery: contact us at postulcuapa@gmail.com for a custom cost.
Retreat bookings
Booking confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours of payment. The confirmation email contains: retreat details, location address, preparation information, list of recommended items.
Delivery problems
If the physical product does not arrive within the estimated time or the digital product has not been received, contact us immediately: email postulcuapa@gmail.com or phone 0742 104 482 (Dora). We respond within 24 hours on business days.
