1. Operator information

2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the postulcuapa.ro website, by making a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services offered
Postul cu Apă offers: therapeutic water fasting retreats in Nădășelu, Cluj; online guidance seminars for water fasting; individual coaching with Vasile Nemeș; educational products (physical books, digital PDFs, gift vouchers). The retreats are not medical clinics. We do not hospitalise patients, treat diseases or promise cures for medical conditions.
4. Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment or a deposit of 50%. Displayed prices include VAT. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Booking confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours of payment.
5. Cancellation policy — Retreats
Cancellation more than 30 days before: 100% refund (minus bank fees). Cancellation 15–30 days before: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 15 days before: no refund, but the spot can be transferred to another person. Vasile Nemeș reserves the right to cancel a retreat in case of force majeure — participants will be fully refunded.
6. Medical responsibility
Participation in water fasting retreats is at your own risk. Participants confirm they have consulted a doctor before participating and have no absolute medical contraindications. Postul cu Apă is not responsible for medical complications arising from failure to follow contraindications or the guide's instructions.
7. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logo, educational materials) is the property of Postul cu Apă and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without the written consent of the operator is prohibited.
8. Amendment of terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the site. Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
