Return and Refund Policy

30-day guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all physical products in our shop. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and will be fully refunded.
Physical books
The product must be returned in original, undamaged condition. Return costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund is processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Digital products (PDF)
Under current legislation, downloaded digital products are not eligible for return after download. However, if there is a technical problem with the file, we will replace it or refund it immediately.
Gift vouchers
Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used vouchers are non-refundable. Expired vouchers are non-refundable.
Retreat cancellations
Cancellation more than 30 days before: 100% refund (minus bank fees up to 3%). Cancellation 15–30 days before: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 15 days before: no refund, but the spot can be transferred. Cancellation by the organiser: 100% refund.
How to initiate a return
Send an email to postulcuapa@gmail.com with: the order number, the reason for return, photos of the product (for physical products). We will contact you within 24 hours with return instructions.
