Returns and refund policy

30-day guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all physical products in our shop. If you are not happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Physical books
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered. The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.
Digital products (PDF)
Under current legislation (OUG 34/2014), digital products cannot be returned once downloaded. However, if there is a technical problem with the file, we will replace it or refund you immediately.
Gift vouchers
Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used vouchers are non-refundable. Expired vouchers are non-refundable.
Retreat cancellations
Cancellation more than 30 days before: 100% refund (minus bank fees of up to 3%). Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund. The spot can be transferred to another person at any time. Cancellation by the organiser: 100% refund.
How to start a return
Send an email to postulcuapa@gmail.com with the order number, the reason for the return and photos of the product (for physical products). We will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
