Right to information

You have the right to receive clear and complete information about our products and services, including prices, delivery conditions and return policy, before making any purchase.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For online purchases, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable EU law. Exception: downloaded digital products and fully performed services.

Legal guarantee

Physical products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee. In the case of non-conformity defects, you have the right to repair, replacement or refund.
